Inconel 718 Pipe Fittings have excellent chemical, mechanical, and physical properties, which make them suitable for high-temperature, high-stress applications. Chemically, Inconel 718 is a nickel-chromium alloy with molybdenum, niobium, and titanium, which improve its resistance to oxidation, corrosion, and carburization in harsh environments. Mechanically, it has excellent tensile strength of up to 1,300 MPa, with excellent fatigue and creep resistance at temperatures of up to 700°C. Physically, Inconel 718 has good structural integrity at very high temperatures, welds well, and provides excellent resistance to thermal fatigue, thus being ideal for aerospace, power generation, and chemical industries.
