Inconel 625 Pipe Fittings are manufactured from an advanced nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy with superior physical, chemical, and mechanical properties. Chemically, the alloy is extremely resistant to oxidation, corrosion, and carburization, particularly in harsh environments, due to the content of molybdenum and niobium. Mechanically, Inconel 625 has high tensile strength, good fatigue and thermal-fatigue strength, and creep deformation resistance at elevated temperatures. It has excellent weldability and toughness physically, both in cryogenic temperatures and high-stress conditions, and is thus suitable for aerospace, marine, and chemical processing.
