Inconel 625 Buttweld Fittings are composed primarily of nickel (58-63%), chromium (20-23%), and molybdenum (8-10%), with niobium (3-4%) added to enhance resistance to high-temperature corrosion and oxidation. Chemically, Inconel 625 excels in resisting corrosive environments, including seawater, acids, and oxidizing gases. Mechanically, these fittings offer high tensile strength, excellent fatigue and thermal-fatigue strength, and outstanding weldability, making them ideal for high-stress applications. Physically, Inconel 625 maintains its strength and stability at elevated temperatures and exhibits good thermal conductivity, ensuring performance in extreme conditions without degradation.
