Chemically, the alloy contains around 25% chromium, 7% nickel, 3.5% molybdenum, as well as tungsten and nitrogen, giving it superior resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking. Mechanically, these fittings provide a tensile strength of approximately 800 MPa and a yield strength of approximately 550 MPa, with exceptional impact toughness even at sub-zero temperatures. Physically, they have good thermal conductivity, minimal thermal expansion, and excellent dimensional stability, so they are compatible with high-temperature, high-pressure conditions.
