Super Duplex Steel UNS S32760 Buttweld Fittings have a very special balance of chemical, mechanical, and physical properties suitable for high-demand conditions. Chemically, the alloy contains about 25% chromium, 7% nickel, 3.5% molybdenum, and tungsten and nitrogen additions, giving high resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion. Mechanically, they provide high tensile strength of approximately 800 MPa and yield strength of 550 MPa with good toughness even at low temperatures. Physically, they exhibit good heat conduction, low thermal expansion, and structural stability at high temperatures.
