Chemically, the high nickel and chromium content of Alloy 20 enhances corrosion resistance in oxidizing and acid environments. Mechanically, Alloy 20 presents good tensile and yield strength as well as superior ductility and impact properties. These fittings are physically stable at high temperatures and show good thermal conductivity, hence appropriate for aggressive chemicals and high-performance industrial services.
